Bench: GlazierBase builds the FID stick (WinPE + FieldManual) and the DRIVERS stick (offline pack). Sync signs the field tools with Pawn'It Authenticode via Azure Artifact Signing.

Site: Boot FID → Glazier images the disk and hands off to Windows → GlazierPost runs unattended (SYSTEM service or elevated UI). Driver publisher certs are seeded before PnP so unsigned consent dialogs don't halt the run. Every session writes harvest bundles back to the stick for your records and for GlazierPull.

No MECM, no domain, no babysitting. Internet on site is optional — phase 2 can use Windows Update when you want it.
